Guidelines | Board of Directors
The Woods of Wayne Board of Directors shall be governed by the following principles and guidelines. WOODS OF WAYNE HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION To bring together the Woods of Wayne property owners who are, or ultimately will be, the homeowners into a united single group in order to represent the property owners in matters of common interest, which require organization representation. To serve as a vehicle for communication and interaction with our neighboring communities, townships, builders/contractors, and businesses that may affect our homes and families. To foster and advance interest among all the homeowners toward the common objective-to maximize Woods of Wayne’s safety, beauty, and the joy of living along with protecting our investment. To seek to deal with property owners’ interests in common matters such as utilities serving the homes, fire protection, security/safety, infrastructure, adapting to change, beautification, recreational amenities, etc. To seek to obtain or provide certain such services, facilities, and improvements deemed necessary for our neighborhood. To prescribe rules and regulations and to provide for the enforcement thereof for the better use and enjoyment of Woods of Wayne by all the Association’s members. To do any and all other lawful acts under the laws of the United State of America and the State of Illinois that are in the best interest of the members and to attempt to protect any legitimate common interest of the members of the Woods of Wayne association.
